I have hit an all time low. Yesterday, while visiting a thrift store I came across this gem. I would love to know the history behind this baby.
I am not sure my plan just yet. Should I modge-podge, paint a funky color, distress in either white or black?? …decisions.
Before you write me off and send me to Crazy Town, know that I paid $4 for the table. I figure I can practice something new without freaking!
What should I do? And no, I am not throwing it away!!
Here is a completed project! My hubby gets a big shout out for the manual labor. Please sign up with your email and follow my blog, you won’t be sorry! I have some new things brewing.
On to the project. We have a galley laundry room as you enter from the garage. Needless to say, at any given moment it would be a trip hazard. Not the best way to enter the house with groceries. We tried hooks, cabinets, baskets – didn’t matter, it did not work.
As you enter the hallway from the laundry room, we had a double coat closet.
Since all the
crap stuff landed in the laundry room, the closet was under utilized. Not any more!
Here is our new landing zone. One for each girl and enough space for all their stuff!
with some baskets
And some accessories:
Lots of hooks
And some pretty id markers:
Love the id tags
And that is how we are keeping our act together and our stuff organized (for now)!
