Before we left for the City, I frantically completed a bunch of posts and planned to go in every other day and send them…as you all know, things do not go as planned!
Starting with our departure – a day late. Of course someone had to vomit profusely 15 hours before our vacation was set to begin. But we did depart, drove straight to NYC and had a fabulous time! With the delicious meals, the musical at Radio City, a tour up to the 86 floor of the Empire State Building, a cab ride, subway trip, carriage ride through Central Park and of course the Parade, we were pretty wiped. Just in time to relax with dear friends.
After a tour of my home town, we arrived at our friends. It was amazing to see our kids interact together – it’s the second generation of friendships. Joe & Ra and I have been friends for 36 years. I am lucky they still like me!
Needless to say, not many projects have been accomplished. I am attempting to get prepared for Christmas, room by room.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and it all went as planned. Here are a few pics.
